Day 69

Good morning Mommy and Daddy! I weigh 1410 grams (3 lb 1.7 oz) today, up 5 grams (0.2 oz) from yesterday's weight. I gained an average of 27.9 grams (1.0 oz) per day over the past 7 days. How about this weight gain? Did you ever know anyone who gained so well?

I received feedings by pump yesterday at a rate of 8-8.5 ml/hr and I received a total amount of 202 ml (6.8 oz) for the day. I took all my milk by tube. My last feeding was at 7 AM. I can't figure out when my next feeding will be, so check with my nurse. I know it's hard to pump Mom, but please keep working on this -- it really helps me. Since yesterday morning, I pooped once around 4 PM.

My last bilirubin was 0.2 on 4/24 at 5 AM and that's just where the level should be.

As of 6 AM, I was on a mechanical ventilator with 34% oxygen. I had 1 apnea/bradycardia spell yesterday, and I've had none so far today. As I grow, these spells will go away -- that's what my nurse told me and she seems to know a lot about these kind of things.
