Happy Friday Mommy and Daddy! I weigh 1170 grams (2 lb 9.3 oz) today, up 20 grams (0.7 oz) from yesterday's weight. I gained an average of 15.7 grams (0.6 oz) per day over the past 7 days. Not a bad weight gain, but maybe I can do a little better.
I received feedings by pump yesterday at a rate of 7.5-7.8 ml/hr and I received a total amount of 178 ml for the day. A fluid oz is about 30 ml so this is about 6.0 oz. I took all my milk by tube. Thanks for the breastmilk, Mommy. You're the only one who can help me in such a special way. I can feel myself growing!! Since yesterday morning, I pooped once around 4 PM.
As of 4 AM, I was on a mechanical ventilator with 64% oxygen.
Miss you Mommy and Daddy. The nurses can see how happy I am when you visit.
